We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that endangers others or disrupts operations. No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct.
5. No Guarantee of Seating or Boarding
The Fruit Loop operates on a loop with limited seating (vehicle size max 15 passengers).

Seating is first-come, first-served.

Day Passes DO NOT guarantee a seat on every loop.

Riders may need to wait for the next loop if the vehicle is full.
We are not liable for delays caused by capacity limits.
6. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own property.
We are not liable for loss, damage, theft, or forgotten items left on the bus or at stops.
7. Safety and Liability

Riding the shuttle and visiting wineries involves inherent risks, including walking on uneven ground, boarding steps, and alcohol-related environments.
You assume all risks related to participation in the Service.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
