1. General Information

The Fruit Loop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a scheduled loop shuttle serving wineries in the Geneva and Madison, Ohio areas. These Terms apply to all website visitors, riders, and customers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or the Service.

 

2. Ticket Types and Payments

2.1 Ticket Types

We may offer:

  • Single-Ride Tickets (one boarding)
     

  • Day Passes (unlimited hop-on/hop-off rides during operating hours)
     

  • Special Event Tickets (if applicable)
     

2.2 Payment

  • All payments must be made via approved payment processors.
     

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
     

  • We do not store credit card numbers; payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
     

2.3 No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for:

  • Missed rides
     

  • Weather conditions
     

  • Early departure
     

  • Service delays
     

  • Changes in winery hours or availability
     

 

3. Operating Schedule and Route Changes

The Fruit Loop operates on a fixed loop schedule, but:

  • Winery hours vary and may affect stop times
     

  • Traffic, weather, road closures, and safety concerns may require route adjustments
     

  • We may temporarily suspend service without prior notice if conditions require it
     

We are not responsible if you miss a ride due to changes in winery schedules or your own timing.

 

4. Rider Responsibilities

By riding The Fruit Loop, you agree to:

  • Board and exit the vehicle safely
     

  • Follow driver/staff instructions
     

  • Treat other riders and property respectfully
     

  • Not bring illegal substances or disruptive behavior onboard
     

  • NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL INSIDE THE VEHICLE
     

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that endangers others or disrupts operations. No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct.

 

5. No Guarantee of Seating or Boarding

The Fruit Loop operates on a loop with limited seating (vehicle size max 15 passengers).

  • Seating is first-come, first-served.
     

  • Day Passes DO NOT guarantee a seat on every loop.
     

  • Riders may need to wait for the next loop if the vehicle is full.
     

We are not liable for delays caused by capacity limits.

 

6. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own property.
We are not liable for loss, damage, theft, or forgotten items left on the bus or at stops.

 

7. Safety and Liability

7.1 Assumption of Risk

Riding the shuttle and visiting wineries involves inherent risks, including walking on uneven ground, boarding steps, and alcohol-related environments.

You assume all risks related to participation in the Service.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fruit Loop is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or medical events
     

  • Missed reservations or winery closures
     

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen items
     

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
     

Our liability, if ever required, is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket that day.

 

8. Alcohol Policy

The Fruit Loop does not sell alcohol.
Winery policies govern alcohol consumption on their property.

Open container laws apply while riding. Riders are responsible for understanding and complying with Ohio state alcohol regulations.

 

9. Accessibility

Due to vehicle size and passenger limits, wheelchair accessibility may be limited.
Riders with mobility concerns should contact us before riding to discuss current accommodations.

10. Website Use
