Refund Policy 

 

Effective Date: November 2025

All ticket sales for The Fruit Loop (“we,” “us,” “our”) are final. Because we operate a small hop-on/hop-off loop with limited seating and a fixed service schedule, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made.

 

1. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Missed rides
     

  • Arriving late to a stop
     

  • Boarding delays due to full capacity
     

  • Changes in winery hours or availability
     

  • Weather, including rain, heat, or cold
     

  • Rider illness, schedule changes, or personal conflicts
     

  • Early departure from the loop
     

  • Service delays caused by traffic, construction, or road closures
     

  • Customer misunderstanding of route or schedule
     

All sales are final.

 

2. No Partial Refunds

We do not issue:

  • Partial refunds for unused rides
     

  • Refunds for unused portions of day passes
     

  • Credits or prorated adjustments
     

 

3. Service Cancellations by The Fruit Loop

If we must cancel all service for the day due to extreme weather, emergency conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen events, we may offer:

One of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement ticket for a future date or
     

  • A full refund to the original form of payment
     

If only part of the day is affected, replacement tickets may be offered.
Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

4. Third-Party Sales & Fees

We are not responsible for:

  • Processing delays caused by banks or payment processors
     

  • Additional fees charged by third-party platforms
     

  • Refund policies of external vendors (events, wineries, etc.)
     

We cannot reverse third-party fees.

 

5. Lost or Misused Tickets

No refunds or replacements are given for:

  • Lost digital tickets
     

  • Screenshots or altered passes
     

  • Sharing or unauthorized use of passes
     

  • Misunderstanding of the hop-on/hop-off schedule
     

Riders are responsible for keeping their pass accessible on their device.
